The Roos-t 645 are modern (2000) flatcars created by rebuilding old Res 678 from the DR. They are specifically built for carrying lumber. Although the model looks plain at first glance, it turns out to be highly complex with myriad small parts and signs on the sides. The stakes are adjustable. As with many of the modern freight cars, at over 2 feet long in this scale, they dwarf the older cars. |
