Overview
The body is composed of two sides, held apart by two bulk heads, with a two part front and back, and a 4 part roof. On top of the roof is the platform. Make this by building the sides and bulkheads. Assemble those. Make the front parts, and mount those. Then add the main roof panels, next the diagonal pieces on the edge. Then install the platform.
Front
Make two of these, symmetrically. Notice that there are two parts to it.
Lights
Light housings are a pyramid of 4 pieces of yellow board with plastic backing. Clear lens always has a black paper border glued on top. LEDs are inserted from back.
Bottom
Identical pair of bottom light (B) has a divider to separate into two parts. On one side is a red lens. On the other side is the clear lens. Has a pair of LEDs.
Top
Top light (B) is a little narrower than bottom lights.
Handle
There are two brackets made of thin strips of plastic. Handle is made of thick wire anchored on that. Painted black.
Pole
Pole is a rod painted white with 3 read stripes at one end. It is held in two grey paper sleeves. The sleeves are glued to front.
Window
Clear plastic between paper and backing.
Windshield Wipers
The wipers are made of two thin strips parallel. At one end these sit on a bracket, a thin strip. At the other end a thin sheet is glued to them. Under that is a thin strip for the blade.
Sides
Doors
Front Door
Door railings are a thick wire mounted on two thin strips of plastic for brackets. The door itself has a window with clear plastic between door and backing. There is a thin strip on the bottom. The door handle is a bent wire on a thin strip bracket. Below is a round sheet for the lock. The door is inset a little.
Side Door
The side doors are scored along their hinge lines. There are 6 small sheets as hinges. There are three insets for the door handles. Do this by cutting holes, and gluing yellow paper behind. Windows clear plastic as always.

Electric Outlet
This is a square hole. Make a black plastic box behind it. Insert red and white plugs with wires.
Roof
The roof mostly consists of the paper, with cardboard strengthening under the flat parts. Notice that the paper folds in 3 places.
Platform
On top of the roof is a finely scored platform. It sits on a series of brackets. There are 18 of these brackets made from 1/4" strip. Two above W1R, one after w2R, 1 after W3R, 1 after W4R, then 1,1,1,2 before center door. 1,1,1 above center door, two more above W5R, and 3 on the way to the end.
