I love big ELoks. These are stars of my layout. The Hübner E94 is awesomely detailed.
And the 101 shows off the difference in speed between 50s railroading and the
present. There is nothing more exciting than cranking up the throttle to 200+
Km/hr. At that speed it takes two complete trips around my mainline to come to
a complete stop. Realistic braking distances and normal Gauge I layouts
just don't quite match. But it's fun having an engine that can really scream.
Since the 101 has a motor on each axle just like the prototype it's both fast
and powerful.
