Deficiency Statistics:

      About 70% of diets are deficient.

 

Why you need it:

      Large amounts of zinc are needed in muscles and bones.  It is an essential component of many enzymes.

 

Symptoms of Zinc Deficiency:

      Acne, brittle nails, delayed sexual maturity, depression, diarrhea, fatigue, growth impairment, hair loss, high cholesterol levels, immune impairment, irritability, lethargy, loss of appetite, loss of sense of taste, low stomach acid, male infertility, memory impairment, visual impairment, paranoia, white spots on nails, wound healing impairment

 

What you need to EAT!
